18/19 APRIL 2018, Volos, Grece
- At the beginning of our project meeting we met a new coordinator – Dorota Mazur. A teacher of the Italian language from the Secondary School Complex No. 1 in Chorzów, which took over the duties of Ewa Bałazińska. Ewa informed all partners via the meil that due to retirement, she can not continue working on the project.
- To help Dorota better enter the project work, we discussed the specific activities that have been carried out and we have analyzed those that will take place.
- We saw the prepared Master classes and the coordinator set the date for the preparation of the other films. All partners were prepared and presented at least two films prepared together with their students
- We focused on the analysis of the tasks of the Greek partner, the guide good governance in sport. Dimitris introduced the prepared document. We discussed its contents. All partners agreed that he is prepared well and this is his final version.
- Javier showed the project website prepared by his team. On the website, he posted information about the first meeting in Romania and the second in Poland with a photo report. The website contains information about each partner, a description of the project, materials that we have created (Master Classes, Best Practice, Guide), blog and contact form.
- The dissemination issues have been addressed: each partner is responsible for dissemination in their institution/town/country.
- The coordinator presented a new budget in which some changes were made. In the previous budget, the Greek partner did not receive any money to travel to Spain, so changes had to be made. All partners have accepted the new budget.
- The coordinator reminded everyone of the need to submit all invoices and bills to document the expenses incurred in the project. It is an extremely important issue to finish the project without any problem.
- Another point was the organization of the Sports Week in Spain. Each partner must get 2,500 euros from external sponsors for a youth trip. Javier, whose task is to cover the costs of accommodation and board for students of all partners, noted that the amount of 2,500 euros is insufficient to cover the costs for all pupils for 5 days. Together, it was found that a good solution would be to shorten the Sports Week to 5 days with the trip. The proposed changes will be presented to the European Commission for acceptance.
- It was established that each partner and his students prepare a lesson in physical education from the selected range. Each partner will inform Javier about the field of sport he chose.
- Na zakończenie skupiliśmy się na raporcie końcowym, który przygotuje koordynator – Dorota. Dorota przypomniała o obowiązku realizacji wszystkich działań projektowych.
- Dimitris also took care of our free time – we met the city of Volos, saw the Archaeological Museum, Panthessalikon Olympic Football Stadium and Makrinitsa and Portaria, two traditional Pelion villages.
