THE SECOND MEETING of the Consortium
Sport for all, ensuring they enjoy the games they play

The motto of the meeting was: EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION = EFFICIENT COOPERATION
1. The first part of the meeting was devoted to debates on the mentioned below issues and then agreed upon the following:
a. Divison of responsibilities:
The coordinator is responsible for project management and Analysis of existing practices;
The Greek partner is responsible the Guide of good governance at sport;
The Spanish partner is responsible of the “Masters Classes”, Platform and Web, Final conference and sports week;
The Romanian partner is responsible for dissemination and evaluation.
b. All partners organize a sports day (in Spain coinciding with the sports week);
c. Working on Master Classes – by the beginning of December 2017 each partner produces 2 MasterClass videos; the remaining 2 will be completed and sent or uploaded onto the platform by the end of March 2018.
d. Partners can also upload their video materials onto YouTube channel (an account created by the Spanish partner);
e. Guide of good governance at sport: The Greek partner will design the template comprising relevant points to the issue of governing sports institutions. The template will address such issues as structures of sport institutions, techniques and strategies to achieve success of the sport institutions, promotion inside and outside the institution and human resources.
2. The Greek partners suggested that at the end of November 2017, each partner should receive from the document/template to work on.
By the end of February each partner sends the document to the Greek partner who prepares a draft to be discussed at the meeting in Volos/Greece, (deadline for the material is 20th June 2018).
3. At the end of the first day and on the second day the Consortium concentrated on the WORK PLAN:
a. QUALITY PLAN has been updated, discussed and accepted by all partners;
b. The coordinating institution has presented the financial plan. All partners agree that there is a need to apply to the EACEA to amend the budget. The coordinator is responsible for this. The coordinator has prepared detailed documents on which costs are eligible and which are ineligible;
c. All partners have received copies of all the necessary documents: Work Plan comprising Quality, Evaluation, Dissemination and Financial Plans, the sample of how to document expenditures. The Timeframe of the Project has been amended;
d. By the end of November each partner sends to the Spanish the information about the team to attend the sport week in Spain: gender of 5 students in each national team. The age of the students is from 16 to 18 year-olds;
e. According to the Erasmus+ rules, the meeting dates DO NOT include arrival and departure days, the information being relevant to planning the meeting in Spain;
f. The next meeting in Volos/Greece has been decided on 18-19 April 2018. At the meeting the partners will discuss the final version of the video guide with 16 Masterclasses (deadline 20th April 2018);
g. The Romanian partner has presented the evaluation plan and sheets, which have been approved by all partners;
h. The dissemination issues have been addressed: each partner is responsible for dissemination in their institution/town/country. The Romanian partner is responsible for dissemination of the project on all levels;
i. The coordinator has informed the partners of the approaching interim report comprising two documents: the summary of each partner project activities/output, their contribution to the project tasks and interim financial statement – the templates of the documents have been uploaded in the “EACEA documents” folder on our platform;
j. The coordinator has uploaded WORK Plan with all the accompanying documents onto the platform:

k. All partners have access to the platform;
l. All partners agree to use the platform/website to communicate and share materials/information/discuss issues.
During the meeting we, as the hosts, prepared a detailed programme to show our guests how we work with our students on PE lessons. Artur prepared a demonstration class on different warm-up activities to incite young people, not matter what their physical appearance and condition is, to move vigorously and have fun at the same time.
This Erasmus+ Sport Meeting coincided with the Teacher’s Day in Poland, traditinally celeebrated on 14 of October. Our guests took part in the school events combining the Teacher’s Day and the welcoming event.
